SETLIST App + Website
Setlist is a conceptual mobile application designed to help musicians and event organizers plan, organize, and share setlists. As a team, we led the full product design process—from project management and wireframing to creating a supporting marketing website to present the product as a real, market-ready platform.
I led the end-to-end planning and design of a conceptual music setlist app, combining project management, wireframing, and content strategy. Working collaboratively, I helped shape the product experience and developed a supporting website to position Setlist as a credible, user-focused platform.
Technical Skills: Content strategy and messaging, user journey mapping, wireframing for feature communication, website design, brand-aligned visual hierarchy, and translating product features into clear, user-focused content.
Soft Skills: Project management, cross-functional collaboration, strategic communication, problem-solving, and aligning creative decisions with business and user goals.
One of the biggest challenges was organizing a large amount of information across two deliverables: a feature-rich mobile app concept and a supporting marketing website. For the app, we needed to structure multiple features—such as creating, organizing, and sharing setlists—into intuitive user flows that wouldn’t overwhelm users. For the website, the challenge was translating the app’s functionality into clear, digestible messaging that communicated its value as a real product. Simplifying content while preserving essential information required thoughtful information architecture and wireframing decisions, as well as ensuring the website was fully responsive and mobile-friendly across devices.
Multimedia Proposal for Sachs Sax Caplan
This multimedia proposal was developed for Sachs Sax Caplan (SSC), a prestigious law firm based in Boca Raton, Florida. The objective was to elevate SSC’s brand visibility and client engagement through a coordinated print and digital communication strategy. The project included a large-format poster and a website redesign, both tailored to communicate the firm’s credibility, breadth of legal services, and thought leadership in a visually compelling and accessible manner.
One of the key challenges was curating accurate and detailed content from SSC which is very important due to the professional nature of the firm and required careful organization. Business Proposals for Dancing Little Stars of Northwest Florida
This project focused on crafting a detailed administrative, promotional, and communication proposal for Dancing Little Stars, a mobile dance company aiming to expand into Palm Beach County’s after-care school programs. The proposal included a district pitch, an internal communication policy, and a phased social media revitalization plan to support both operational efficiency and brand visibility.
I developed the full proposal, which involved writing a professional letter, conducting audience analysis, creating implementation plans, and establishing communication protocols. I also designed a digital strategy to reintroduce the brand through social media in alignment with current parental engagement trends.
The biggest challenge was positioning Dancing Little Stars to appeal to school administrators while simultaneously addressing the operational needs of staff and the preferences of millennial parents. Balancing professional tone with engaging content for different audiences required strategic writing and design choices.
Technical Skills: Proposal writing, internal communication policy drafting, digital marketing strategy (content planning, engagement growth metrics.)
Soft Skills: Audience analysis, persuasive writing, brand communication, and policy creation.
Website Redesign Prototype for Animal Rescue Force of South Florida
This project involved a full redesign of the Animal Rescue Force of South Florida’s website to improve user experience, visual appeal, and accessibility. The original site was outdated and difficult to navigate, which made it hard for users to find important information or engage with the organization. The updated design features a modern layout and intuitive navigation.
Updated Site

I led the redesign effort from start to finish, including research, wireframing, content organization, and visual design. I collaborated with peers for feedback and iterated on the design based on user experience principles and accessibility guidelines.
